On July 2, 2022 Barber replaced Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 event and fought against Jessica Eye. The result was unanimous for Barber. This bout was also the final fight under her current contract with UFC and she then signed a new contract with the company at the end of the year. Barber beat Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on the 25th of March, 2023, at UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
